What NuSphere is

NuSphere is a private workspace for organizations. Your organization (the “tenant”) invites you; there is no public sign-up. NuSphere is operated by BPN Solutions LLC (“BPN”, “we”). This policy covers the NuSphere web application and the NuSphere iOS app.

What we collect

  • Account identity. Your work email address, display name, and role, provided by your organization and confirmed through Google sign-in. We do not receive or store your Google password.
  • Content you and your organization put in NuSphere. Documents, notes, meeting transcripts, files, and the links between them. This content belongs to your organization.
  • Content you capture from your phone. When you use the share sheet or the Capture tab, the text or link you choose to save is sent to your organization’s workspace and nowhere else.
  • Usage records. Who changed what and when, kept as an append-only history so your organization can audit its own workspace. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.

How the iOS app handles your data

  • Sign-in happens in the system browser with your organization’s Google account. The app receives only access tokens, which it stores in the iOS Keychain on your device.
  • The app talks only to NuSphere servers over HTTPS. It does not read your contacts, photos, location, or other apps.
  • If you turn on the app lock, Face ID or Touch ID is checked by iOS on your device; NuSphere never receives biometric data.
  • Signing out removes the tokens from the Keychain and clears the app’s web session.

How we use and share data

We use your data only to run NuSphere for your organization. Access is restricted to members of your organization, enforced by the database for every read and write. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers. Our infrastructure providers (Google Cloud for hosting and databases) process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We disclose data only when the law requires it or when your organization instructs us to.

Retention and deletion

Your organization controls its workspace, including what is kept and for how long. To remove your account, ask your organization’s administrator, who can remove your membership; removal takes effect within the hour on every signed-in device. Organizations can request deletion of their workspace by contacting us at the address below.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access tokens are short-lived and refreshed against live membership. Every change is recorded as an event rather than an in-place edit, so history is preserved and reviewable by your organization.

Children

NuSphere is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
